Deck built around Mox Amber, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, and Urza's Saga.
The deck is mainly on the tempo plan. If you can just delay the opponent a few turns with Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Vendilion Clique, or Force of Negation then you should be able to get a Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive and a Mox Amber and start doing some broken things like unblockable Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Goblin Bushwhacker plays, transformed Kytheon, Hero of Akros
, etc. Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer is the key card because not only is it fairly aggro but it can gives a huge swing in tempo if you can play the cards you exile from the top of your opponent's library.
The great thing is that you don't really need any of that. Something as simple as fetching Eater of Virtue with Urza's Saga and then beating with it equipped on Vendilion Clique or something can just be good enough some games.
Even though our creatures can't be blocked if a Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is on the board, removal like Lightning Bolt and Prismatic Ending are still key because in games you don't get a Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive you'll need to pave the way for Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and Goblin Bushwhacker nonsense.
The card really holding everything together though is Niambi, Esteemed Speaker. Niambi can keep you and your creatures alive in aggro matchups and can also keep you gassed up in midrange or control matchups. In any case, you will probably have an extra legendary card to pitch at any given time to draw 2. Niambi also has the benefit of letting us reuse the effects of Goblin Bushwhacker and Vendilion Clique should we need it.
In the sideboard, Ashiok, Dream Render and Relic of Progenitus deal with graveyards, Lightning Mare and Teferi, Time Raveler for control decks, Mistblade Shinobi and Abrade for creature or artifact decks, and then Roiling Vortex cascade.
