With our play group being moderately competitive, we have seen the power level of our decks creep up over time. As we have new players in our group, I decided to make a very low power deck focusing on extort (and similar incremental life drain) mechanics. I also wanted to use a sub theme of low power blink mechanics to complement. To help keep the power level lower over time, I've limited the budget on each card to be less than $5 with the only exception being extort cards since it is the theme of the deck.

Feedback is definitely appreciated because I have noticed that I am not consistently drawing extort-type cards and my card draw, Blood artist-type effects, and sacrifice outlets are limited. I do not want to include high-powered combos (infinite or close to it) in the deck.
