The goal of the deck is to use one of many combos in order to kill all of your opponents or just gain value. Teysa herself is a great token generator, and naturally combining her with darkest hour makes the tokens she produces black. This way, sac outlets without an additional cost (which are the only ones in the deck, barring skullclamp which is a pseudo sac outlet) can go infinite with Teysa.

Blasting Station + Darkest Hour + Teysa = Winning.

Altar of Dementia + Darkest Hour + Teysa = Winning 2: Electric Boogalu.

Phyrexian Altar + Darkest Hour + Teysa = Infinite colored mana.

Asnod's Altar + Teysa + Darkest Hour = Infinite colorless mana.

Skullclamp + Teysa + Darkest Hour = Pay 1 colorless, draw two cards.

Viscera Seer + Teysa + Darkest Hour = Vampiric tutor without the casting cost or the life cost.

Add soul warden to any of these combos and you get infinite life. Add Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist and you gain Winning 3: Return of the Win and Winning 4: A New Win respectively.

Revilark and Karmic Guide produce the same effect, as the two loop to bring each other back from the grave. You can essentially replace "Teysa + Darkest Hour" with "Revilark + Karmic Guide" for any of the above combos.
