Hi there Voltron3030. First off, I love the deck. I've been using it as a basis for converting my old Teysa deck into a voltron but I had few questions. Thanks for any feedback and have a good one!
How often have you been able to take advantage of Reliquary Tower with this deck?
Descend upon the Sinful, has delirium been very useful?
Emeria Shepherd, thoughts for inclusion? I'm very torn on it as it seems it would be a great fit.
Defy Death, do you get to take full advantage of this card with only 3 Angels?

Reliquary tower isn't always necessary but I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. And since it's a land it doesn't take the slot of a spell so I don't see it doing any harm. And it's fun to show off with Weathered Wayfarer.
For Descend upon the Sinful, I've only had it in here a few months and only played it twice. Once, I had delirium and the other time I didn't. It's basically just a board wipe until I purchase Wrath of God. I need board wipes because my playgroup likes to steal Teysa away from me and give her hexproof.
I had Emeria Shepherd in here for a very long time and it did really well for me. I cut it for Mind Stone actually because ramp has been more and more necessary within my playgroup than recursion. If I ramp well enough, early enough, all my opponents are dead long before Emeria Shepherd starts paying off. But it is definitely worth consideration if you're building anything with white.
And finally, Defy Death isn't always perfect, but 5 to put something on the field is about as good as it gets next to Dread Return, which I don't usually have enough sac fodder for. Occasionally I get a bigger Avacyn. I used to run a lot more angels and demons because I liked the subtheme but I've been cutting them over time for better, more strategic cards. I've also been slashing my mana curve because angels and demons tend to be pricey.
So I hope this helps. As I've pointed out, there are arguably better alternatives for each of the cards you are questioning. Just find what works best for you. I hope your deck turns out nice and your opponents groan as soon as you pull it out of the box.

Love the deck man.
But I came for the title, read the description, and felt bad about my myself after realizing she's 100+ years old...

Ya I had a hard time getting my mind around it when my friend told me how old she was. I guess the women age well in Ravnica.

Great job on this deck :) Have you ever considered adding Adarkar Valkyrie? That way, creatures that attack you don't just die and you gain a 1/1 flyer, but you can also steal the creature that damaged you. I'd replace Baneslayer Angel with it.
I wonder what you think about my Orzhov Daxos deck; please let me know, would appreciate some feedback :)

Also, I just realized you don't have any cards in here that can give Teysa the ability to fly. This doesn't matter much when attacking, but it does when defending :)

Hey, Cool deck!
Maybe swap indulgent tormentor for Graveborn Muse?
Why are you running the artifact lands? Seems like you're just opening yourself to land destruction in the form of artifact kill for no benefit
Orzhova, the church of deals seem much to slow to be useful ,maybe add Thawing Glaciers for a land that keeps giving
Have you considered Open the Armory?
Swap butcher's cleaner for Loxodon Warhammer?
Maybe add Worn Powerstone instead of a three mana rock?

Artifact lands are to trigger indomitable archangel early game and generally people who've played against this deck know to save the destruction spells for something more game winning. I don't see that much more benefit to graveborn muse as I have very little zombies and flying blockers can be a lifesaver in my dragon heavy playgroup. I like butcher cleaver because it's not in every other commander deck and what use does Teysa have for trample? I rarely equip other creatures because it's all about commander damage. Orzhova is just to have one more way to trigger my exquisite Blood combo if I'm getting controlled in combat, it has worked once but generally it's just a plain colorless land yes. Better to have and not need than need and not have. Plus, thawing glacier is a $9, even clunkier, evolving wilds in my opinion. I've tried stuffing open the armory in here a dozen times but I just can't find anything I can justify cutting for it. I do need a worn powerstone. My old LGS was always sold out but I just moved so I might be able to remedy that soon.

If you've got a problem with having Teysa stolen, why not run Homeward Path? You have the added bonus of being able to use the Weathered Wayfarer to tutor for it. Granted, I still recommend picking up that Wrath of God. Also, maybe use High Market instead of Orzhova, the Church of Deals. If it's a matter of not being able to get combat damage through, you'll likely have at least 1 extra creature lying around, and unlike orzhova, it doesn't cost anything to activate. Both are under $4 right now. Awesome deck. I've always liked this version of Teysa; glad to see someone did something cool with her.

Hatred would work well for an unblockable general, and with gaining life the cost is hardly an issue.

Yeah, i saw the elesh norn and didn't realize it wasn't a suggestion. Chrome Mox is not that expensive, but mox opal and mana crypt are. Stuff starts to not become so casual after around the 20-25 dollar card here and there.
