Powerlevel

While this is not a cEDH Deck, the powerlevel of this deck is quite high. You can very reasonably expect to combo off from turn 4 if your board is left unchecked. If you want to increase the powerlevel (or lower it), you want to switch out cards for tutors and other cEDH staples (or the opposite). You can reliably tutor for your winning combos illustrated below allthough none of these are strictly speaking cEdh combos. You can find most of these cards in the maybeboard. The current decklist is built for a strong but still casual deck.

Strategy

The basic strategy of this deck obviously revolves around death triggers. For this you need a sacrifice engine, fodder for the engine and your value pieces. Usually you want to try to put your engine and your value pieces on the field at the same time, to minimize the chance of interaction. For most people, a Phyrexian Altar or really any free sacrifice outlet, will be a huge red flag and they will try to remove it immediatly. If you dont think you can combo off immediatly or generate alot of value, you should usually wait with putting all your pieces down. So your early turns will mostly revolve around ramp and putting down your fodder. A good hand usually consists of about 3 lands as well as some kind of mana generator. Your commander is the most important value piece, so put her down last.

Winning Combos

Usually to win you need a free sacrifice outlet (for example the altars etc) and a way to either return creatures from your graveyard (like Phyrexian Reclamation, Reanimate etc) or enough token generation or creatures (like Hallowed Spiritkeeper, anything with afterlife etc) to repeat your sacrifices alot of times. If you then have something that generates mana of sacrifices (like Phyrexian Altar,Ashnod's Altar, Pitiless Plunderer etc) and/or draws cards (like Grim Haruspex, Dark Prophecy, Liliana, Dreadhorde General etc) it's an almost guaranteed win if you have some cheap sacrifice fodder. You then want to search for one of your pingers; The Meathook Massacre, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Relic Vial or Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim to win the game. Teysa Karlov will hugely increase the value of any of these pieces. To protect your combo, use Teferi's Protection or Grand Abolisher. You can also easily go infinite with Darkest Hour + Teysa, Orzhov Scion .

Overall, your best combo pieces are; For Fodder: Nether Traitor, Junji, the Midnight Sky and Reassembling Skeleton because of their innate graveyard return; For sacrifice Engines: Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar because they generate mana and are free; For card Draw: Liliana, Dreadhorde General and Dark Prophecy because they draw of nontoken creatures and Skullclamp because it draws a ridiculous amount of cards. The pingers are all pretty much the same for you, other game winning creatures are however Tergrid, God of Fright   if you can force discards and/or sacrifices for example with Vindictive Lich or Dictate of Erebos

Weaknesses

Graveyard hate obviously, especially if it prevents creatures entering the graveyard in the first place. Also you have alot of combo pieces that dont do much on their own, which can be hard if you draw badly or if your boardpieces get removed repeatedly.
