Tezzeret+commons Aggro-Control deck.

Constant Card Advantage, Mana Fixing/Ramp, Artifact presence with Mycosynth and Ichor Wellspring,

Lots of (very cheap!) Counters and Creature Removal to ruin anything the opponent wants to do forever and Think Twice to convert Open mana into car advantage if they're too scared to play anything,

Tezzeret turns wellprings into 5/5 beaters, and he turns Hovermyr/Vault Skirge into 5/5s with Flying + Vigilance/Lifelink,

Flayer Husk's Germ can Chump Block and be converted into 5/5 later (or attatch to fliers to speed up the clock),

Alternative Win Conditions come from Evasion from Glint Hawk/Hovermyr/Skirge,

or alternatively Tezzeret Ulti is Autowin.

I think this deck is VERY competitive, all the cards are lowcost (Tezz is 4, others are 2 or lower) and you get massive consistent card advantage to keep playing cards.
