This is my take on a casual oathbreaker deck around Tezzeret the Seeker and other blue Planeswalkers. The goal of this deck is to get a mana rock out, like Grim Monolith/Basalt Monolith and The Chain Veil. Then, fish through your deck for Power Artifact and enchant your mana rock. Using Tezzeret's +1 ability, Continue to tap and untap a rock and the veil, giving you both infinite mana as well as infinite loyalty on Tezzeret and any other Planeswalkers you have out at the time. Any planeswalker that can ultimate on its first turn out is almost an immediate WinCon, and this deck can make your walkers ultimate infinitely. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
