What do you get when you take blue and give it a ton of mana ramp? Sea monsters. Then you make copies of those sea monsters. This deck, aptly titled "Thalassophobia", puts you in control of Thassa as she summons huge creatures from the depths and beckons tsunamis to destroy your opponents boards! Toss in some flavor cards and counters/removal and your enemies will be underneath the waves quicker than Kiora can Planeswalk away.
