This is a Mono-White Tiny Leaders deck I threw together with cards I had on hand. Thalia was the first Legendary Creature I could find among my cards, so I went Mono-White. I started by gathering cards with Delirium, which give a lot more value than their CMC would suggest once Delirium is active. Then, I built around that with Artifact Creatures and Enchantment Creatures, some discard stuff, and- since SOI/EMN were so Human-heavy, added stuff that care about Humans. Following that, added some removal.

I realize I probably should have some cycle lands in here of some sort. A Tribal spell or two would be cool too. There's likely some Delirium cards I overlooked too. Open to suggestions on these!
