Any reason why you want to add the blue? Why not just keep it W/G like most hatebear decks?

Bant is one of my favourite colour combinations so I really want to use it, and i feel that any sort of removal, Path to Exile, Lightning Bolt ect ruins any creature heavy deck, so Kira, Great Glass-Spinner is really useful, and Meddling Mage can be used to shut down Scapeshift or Splinter Twin decks.

AEther Vial can be a good card in a deck like this. I don't know if blue for Meddling Mage is better than black for Abrupt Decay but it definitely looks like an interesting list and I'm going to try it out.

are Horizon Canopys dead? I always considered them a requirement for G/W death and taxes and hatebear decks, since your creatures are so cheap as is

First of all, I love what you're doing with this deck. I'm a big fan of Collected Company. It's my favorite new card and I think it has a lot of potential also I love bant so I think this deck is really fun. I do have some ideas.
First off Mana Base. Since it is bant, and not GW, color screw is more of a challenge. You have 4 Noble Hierachs (Jealous, I love that card)and 3 Birds. In this deck that means 7 cards that are 1 drop all your color fixing ramp. But you have 3 forrests, and 4 plains. I get that crusader is double White, but I would highly suggest going 5 forrests 2 plains. That way when you get your Birds or Hierarch, you can play them t1 and maybe t2. I had issues in my playtest not being able to take advantage of them. After you play them, you'll have your white mana anyway so I highly recommend it.
Legendary Creatures. Since this deck is built around Collected Company, you might not want so many copies of the legendaries, like 3 Thalias. While you have a great creature count, if you have Thalia on the board, and Collected Company t4 and get 2 more Thalias, its still a miss. Just like if you have a geist and a kira and hit a geist and a kira. Complete miss. Less likely, but potential, where as the half misses are even more likely. (either 1 creature in the 6 draw or 1 legendary of the same type as on the board.)
Optional suggestions to improve it. You do have the option of Congregation at Dawn if you want to combo off and set it up. This might add consistency and make it a little more competitive but it will take a little of the fun out just pulling what ever is about to come.
Tarmogoyf - Easily one of the biggest 2 drops in Modern. Expensive monetarily though.
Kitchen Finks + Melira, Sylvok Outcast and a sac outlet. More combo-y I know, but its just a thought to reduce the doubles on legendary. ...and there are plenty of non-black sac outlets including lands and artifacts.
Gaddock Teeg (1 copy as he is legendary)
Leonin Arbiter similar to Aven Mindcensor but it also stacks together nicely.
Eternal Witness To get back your proper hatebear piece.
Those are just some thoughts to tighten it up. Like I said. I really like the deck and you got a +1 from me. I understand some of the suggestions are in a different direction from where you are going so just take what you like and leave what you don't. =)

I'm not sold on Fracturing Gust in the sideboard. It seems pretty costly. If it works for you then keep it. That's just my opinion.

Deck looks like fun. Anybody know where/when I can find that promo Thalia? Looks awesome!

I would cut the Chalice of the Void in the side down one, it gets better when your playing AEther Vial and arn't cast spells on the cmc you chose to pay for.. (If Boggles and burn are a thing in your meta, disregard this. Def want faster anti enchantment stuff then Fracturing Gust though.)
Prob cut the Back to Nature altogether as you have plenty of anti enchantment with Qasali Pridemage in the main, which if your meta is heavy enchantment, yeh could up him 1.
Id up Thalia, Guardian of Thraben one, you only need 3 at most for consistancy in this removal heavy format.
Fracturing Gust Id cut one of these if you must have it at all and up the Deglamer.
Rhox War Monk is eating up a Loxodon Smiter/Mirran Crusader/Geist of Saint Traft slot, otherwise you could cut it for some Scavenging Oozes. Any of those, save for scooze equiped with a sword are going to put a clock on the game. (Recommend Geist of Saint Traft for that since its hexproof and comes with a huge evasion beater.)
Id sideboard the Meddling Mage and bump it up to 2 of, if your going to run it.
The filter lands Id cut for more fetchlands, ONLY, If your gonna run a singleton Leonin Arbiter. Since its not an issue with Aven Mindcensor which I see 4 of up there. :P (Otherwise, some fast lands couldnt hurt. IE: Razorverge Thicket/Seachrome Coast)
Other than that, Props on the Mindbreak Trap bit, I could see that being turn one bullet against affinity.. (Celestial Purge would be better.. since it hits burn's Eidolon of the Great Revel, Rock's Liliana of the VeilSiege Rhino, Storm's Pyromancer Ascension and many others.)

Pretty solid build, but it lacks two powerhouses of the archetype: Leonin Arbiter and Voice of Resurgence. You should maybe add two Thrun, the Last Troll because this guy is almost unkillable.
Collected Company is really a great card, isn't it?

Nice work! I think that bant colours are the right way to go for Collected Company. Keep it up! I look forward to this deck becoming more refined and more powerful :)
If you're looking for suggestions, Daxos of Meletis may have a home here.

Even if you dont have a sac outlet, I think that Melira, Sylvok Outcast should at least be in your sideboard for infect decks.

Personally, I think the Thalia, Guardian of Thraben promo looks FUCKING TERRIBLE.
But that's just me.
Also, as a Hatebears player, the blue here sucks bear dick. I'd cut it for the love of god. It just aint' working out for you unless you get all out invested in the Bant colors. The only color worth splashing for in Selesnia Hatebears is black, for Rhino and a couple other cards (like Slaughter Pact), but otherwise, it's worthless to go 3-color.

Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like the new art.

First thing I notice is that there a lot of 1-ofs in the deck. I would suggest cutting down some of those and add more copies of other cards. This will improve your overall consistency with the deck
