Mono Blue bounce deck with only 2 counter spells! Play arcane lab while bouncing to slow them to a crawl while Thassa and other activated/triggered cards allow for more action without casting. A few "return to top of library" etb spells get pinged every turn shut down drawing into something to remove my board.
