First you should decide whether you want to run creature control or spell control. I will base further comments off your choice. at 81 cards, 24 land is DEFINITELY too few; but when it hits 60, 24 or 25 is probably a good number.

Water Servant , Pithing Needle , Conjured Currency , Nephalia Seakite , Thespian's Stage =bad cards...drop them and add some control spells. more Cancel or Dissipate (unless your going for post-rotation),Disperse ,Inaction Injunction , and Unsummon are great options also. Elite Arcanist is an ok card if you have things to protect him, maybe Mizzium Skin . what do you plan on returning to your hand with Faerie Impostor ? seeing the imposter alongside Simic Manipulator could be pretty good, but, AEtherling would be better, you could just keep bouncing him and putting counters on the manipulator. if your using AEtherling with evolve stuff, Strionic Resonator is pretty good. and Cloudfin Raptor is a good evolving 1-drop. hope this helped a bit.

Why monoBlue? It severely limits your opinions in standard. You have a lot of cards that are not viable in a constructed standard environment. I'm assuming you're on a budget?

You have virtually no early plays. Dismiss into Dream is pretty useless in your deck because you hardly have any spells that target creatures. Thespian's Stage doesn't really do anything because there aren't any lands worth it for you to copy in standard.

Water Servant is AEtherling minus the abilities that make it good. AEtherling is only 5 bucks a peice at the most. Last time i checked anyway. Card advantage is also a huge issue in this deck when i playtested it. Personally, I would cut 3x Water Servant, 3x Simic Manipulator (Evolve works best with a large amount of creaures that get steadily bigger) and 2x Voidwalk for 4x Opportunity and 3x Syncopate or another counter. Or maybe up the Mizzium Skins to protect your creatures.

Trying to get more AEtherling 's but they are hard to find for me for some reason, the things I'm struggling with is hexproof but 2x Glaring Spotlight s will fix that. I Know what you mean with the card advantage but Think Twice is out Syncopate might not be a bad idea though ....

nice, i would cut a few manipulators, its not really dependable all the time. Maybe try some planes walkers if you can. like jace memory adept or jace archetect of thought

I'd drop Nightveil Specter . Unless your opponent has blue in their deck, you won't be able to play anything it exiles and it will be all too rare to have both it and Thespian's Stage out at the same time.. Simic Manipulator is ok, but he's much better in decks that you can move 1/1 counters around. Voidwalk is fairly useless in here as well, nothing with ETB effects to bounce... Also, not nearly enough instant spells to run Elite Arcanist . Over all, you're missing synergy and an over all direction for the deck. Choose control or creature agro or w/e, but stick w/ it instead of running a little of everything and your deck will run a whole lot smoother.

ps. Trying to stay away from planes walkers to save some cash. See what you mean with the lack of spells and lack of creatures for both Elite Arcanist and Simic Manipulator respectively will try and fix that. Saljen I agree the Nightveil Specter doesn't always allow me to play the spells that it gets from me but playing with it i've seen it is quite a nuance to the enemy because it takes their cards and shove it in their faces plus it is one of the few flying I have in my deck. Not that I would easily block with it...

If you're going mono-colored. You need Temporal Mastery . Also, use Think Twice instead of Divination . Unsummon instead of Disperse .

Gotcha. If that's the case, I highly recommend Syncopate or Spell Rupture .

Why the Thespian's Stage if its mono blue? No need for it. Nightveil Specter as well. Only 2 land that copy other lands is a bit low to make him usable.

The Thespian's Stage is just for in case the Nightveil Specter pulls of a successful pull cuz ppl don't like it when you take their card, not to mention use it against them...

Nightveil Specter provides lot's of devotion. Have you considered adding Master of Waves and Thassa, God of the Sea ? Also, it doesn't hurt to run 2-3 Mutavault .

Moreover the Bident is just bad. The only creature that really benefits from the "draw a card" is the Specter (and AEtherling, but come on, when this dude hits the board its game anyways...).

Trying to get some Thassa, God of the Sea but their a bit out of my buget so saving for them Master of Waves is really not a bad idea though what I do need is 2 more AEtherling 's. As for the Bident of Thassa 's I find it very usefull against all but red deck win. Even swinging with Omenspeaker yields an extra draw and no one wants to get rid of a 1/3 swinging them. I do however know it is not a "reliable" source for draw thus the 3x Divination . Thanx for the advice anyway will try out Master of Waves
