Don't discard creature cards to Lotleth Troll
before it's absolutely necessarily. Don't be tempted to fire off Putrefy
too soon in the game. The deck is designed to withstand to go pretty low in lifepoints. Don't use Commune with the Gods
to soon, or you'll simply doom yourself. With out the proper land count you'll just end up leaving a bunch of lands in the yard.
Your starting hand is by far the most crucial part of this deck. You'd want to start with Sylvan Caryatid
, two dual lands would be optimal, either Lotleth Troll
or some good early removal.
Just remember, I'll jus say it again, using Commune with the Gods
to soon, will doom you.
