Rakdos wheels deck that punishes drawing and makes you do it whether you wheely want it or not! Cards like Underworld Dreams and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse will bring the pain in my opponents' draw steps while others like Megrim punish discarding from wheels. I'm planning to put few copy spells in to bring more damage with wheel effects and tutors to find more rude plays to hurt my opponents.

Cards like Font of Mythos and Howling Mine will keep my opponents' hands full so my wheel effects can really hit them where it hurts.

Fun plays like Memory Jar + Tergrid, God of Fright   will force discards from other players and reap the benefit of stealing my opponents permanents.

A common infinite combo in the deck that will kill life totals and create infinite mana involves Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger + Living Death + Dualcaster Mage + Phyrexian Altar.

This is the only infinite combo in the deck, though it does not need it to win this way. With enough redundancy I can win the game simply by wheeling and draining life with enchantments.

Some spells like Reanimate and Feldon's Cane can save me from losing things to my graveyard when I wheel as well and Geth's Grimoire will keep filling my hand when I force discards.
