You're gonna need some utility and dual lands and Scapeshift. card:Thespian's Stage, Stomping Ground , Rootbound Crag , Vesuva , Mosswort Bridge , Strip Mine and I'm sure you can find others. I also know it's expensive, but Life from the Loam is kinda required for a deck like this. And of course you need cards to recycle your graveyard, Loaming Shaman and Elixir of Immortality come to mind, on top of the Eldrazi Titans.

Just so you know Primeval Titan is banned from EDH.

But i like your idea here I might buildt a Borborygmos Enraged EDH deck myself.

Add a Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle for more bolt effects, perhaps even a Scapeshift and run 'that deck' (without the Prime Times ofc). Grab one Valakut and a bunch of mountains, and shoot people in the face.

Valakut isn't really great for a multicolored EDH, as having a surpluss of any one colour is a bad thing, and relying on scapeshift is even worse.

@Skyfolk: thnx for all the suggestions...I'll take them into serious consideration...as for the lands, they'll stay as they are for now until I come across some of your land suggestions

You should take out Serene Remembrance . It's an awful card, especially in EDH. Farseek is absolute garbage without a shock of alpha dual to fetch, and Sylvan Scrying is taking up a useful utility slot as well. You need cards like Vandalblast , card:Praetor's Counsel and Rain of Thorns . I'd also suggest some bigger dudes, like Avenger of Zendikar , Rampaging Baloths , Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs , Dragonlair Spider and Valleymaker to name a few.

Remember, having tonnes of land means nothing f you can't do more with them.

Really like the idea.. Needs some better spells though. Don't think you need Expedition Map having only one nonbasic land.

Careful though because it does basically depend on Borborygmos and a Doomblade could ruin him. I wouldn't do 46 lands.. that's half your deck. You have lots of ramp. So add cool stuff like Ulamog :)

Crucible of Worlds . If you can just draw a bunch of land then you only need to deal 21 damage to each opponent. That's 7 lands per opponent, or less if you have Borborygmos attack also. This is a great idea, but you need fewer lands on the battlefield and more in your hand. I'd use Gruul Turf to bounce a basic land back for discard. Look for stuff that draws lands, and bounces lands.

Groundskeeper is the solution I think I've been looking for.

I think you should remove most of your mass land destruction. Not only is it unfun, but instead of wasting all the lands you ramp into, who not use them for other things? Banefire , Comet Storm , card:Devil's Play, card:Red Sun's Zenith, Clan Defiance or all kinds of hydras. When I look at your list it's hard to see exactly what you wanna do, since you want lands in your hand and on the battlefield.

You want Groundskeeper and Crucible of Worlds . Borborygmos is still going to have you discarding lands. Definitely Clan Defiance , btw.

I never tell anybody to get crucible, do you know how much that costs?

teslamon says... #19

All I need is for the lands to go into my hand so the unneeded and ridiculously price crucible isn't gonna make the cut for the deck

You might add Rude Awakening so that if you get stuck with lots of lands on the field you can win with them

February 9, 2013 3:26 p.m.

teslamon says... #23

Ill definitely think about that

February 9, 2013 5:50 p.m.

Theophilus says... #24

Oh, if you want that as a win con you could use Liege of the Tangle .

February 10, 2013 2:59 p.m.

Skyfolk says... #25

That's a terrible idea. It's rather easy in the format to fend off an initial attack, and it's also easy to flash in mass creature removal spells. Making all your lands into dudes is a huge risk. Liege is good as long as you don't overdo it, but Rude Awakening is kind of a bad idea because it will be a dead draw more often than it'll be useful.
