I'm working on a competitive mill deck for FNM. Not too long ago i made a deck like this and tested it on workstation but i cant remember the exact card list but it was doing pretty good in playtesting. I'll add card description when i have some time. I'm looking for suggestions in order to avoid to buy cards that i don't need.

My objective isn't to mill my opponent as fast as possible but to lock him down and only then proceed with the execution (usually thanks to Jace or Ashiok or by taking away everything he can play with haunting echoes), Apart form snapcasters (sadly i only own one and they're pretty expensive but each time i earn some money i put them in my mtg fund so i'll be slowly able to afford everything) I'm planning to keep this deck creaturless
