Basically... play Kaho. Using him, put Mystical Tutor, Peek and Long-term Plans into exile. Use long-term plans to fetch for Laboratory Maniac, and use Mystical Tutor to tutor the Treasure hunt. Play both, and cast Peek. you win. good job. the deck is also really cheap.
