Now for the big guys for the deck. WIth the bigger creatures, alot more of this is personal preference rather than what is truly better but before I say ANYTHING more, get rid of Blitz Hellion and Craterhoof Behemoth . You should be using Mayael the Anima 's ability on your opponents turns instead of your own so these two are pretty useless (you still can run Craterhoof but I originally did and it did nothing). Now, this is all in my opinion stuff, you don't have to take it out, but as a fellow Mayael player, this is what I would remove. Take out Arashi, the Sky Asunder , Liege of the Tangle , Living Hive , Rampaging Baloths , Rapacious One , Rith, the Awakener , and Roughshod Mentor . I would add in Primeval Titan , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger , Darksteel Colossus , Blightsteel Colossus , Scourge of Kher Ridges , Seedborn Muse , and Hoard-Smelter Dragon . Again, these are just opinions. If you have any questions about these choices I would glad to answer them.

@ItsAshcanPete, first, please refer to the italicized portion of the description. If I owned a copy of Scroll Rack, it would be mainboard.
Second, I see where you're coming from with the creatures below 5 power, and Mikaeus and the Hydra may very well be removed during the cutting process. However, the spells and artifacts you mentioned, while more resistant to boardwipe, are equally as likely to cause me to be unable to find a fattie using Mayael's ability as the mana creatures. These creatures, like Mikaeus and the Hydra, may very well be cut when I start cutting, but, for now, I have physical copies of them, whereas I don't own the artifacts/spells that may replace them. I also realize that the spells help me to deck-thin, but it looks like I may only have between 3 and 5 basic lands in the deck in the final cut, so, barring Primeval Titan , I'm not sure how useful those fetching spells will actually be.
As to the fatties post, I agree with many of the cards you recommended to be removed, and they probably will be when I start cutting. With the ones you suggested adding, I already plan on adding a few of them when I get physical copies, but I'm also trying to follow Epochalyptik's advice in keeping away from creatures that are really only beaters. Blightsteel Colossus is in my sideboard just in case I go against some rude person that uses an infinite life strategy, but Darksteel Colossus is really only a beater. I will consider Hoard-Smelter Dragon , though.
Thank you for your suggestions :)

I would remove some of the +1+1 counter generation, as while they are generally very powerful cards (eg: Forgotten Ancient ) They tend to be whiffs on Mayael's ability and otherwise tend to just sit and pump. Champion of Lambholt is slightly different as she affects board state, she does something while she's idle.
Overall it looks like it has a pretty solid start, though your land base seems a smidgin low, I would consider cutting out the mana rocks/signets and adding lands and ramp (access to green yay!), also by lowering your creature count you can increase the likelihood of getting the creatures you want (eg: I'd prefer to get a Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre over an card:Ulamog's Crusher). 30-35 is a solid creature count, as is 38ish lands.
I obviously have no idea about your budget/playgroup style, but my playgroup tends to have a ton a tutor/dig which makes the game a lot more consistent thing, though my other playgroup prefers few/no tutors and rely more on card draw or things like Summoning Trap (rather than Tooth and Nail ). Again all up to preference, but cards like Worldly Tutor can be real mean with Mayael as it more or less says, pay 7 play any creature with power 5 or greater from your deck.
Some other fun things to note!
Aggravated Assault or Bear Umbra + Hellkite Charger = have been known shenanigans in my playgroup.
Any creature with a landfall trigger Admonition Angel + Realm Razer = lots of triggers once he's gone.
Good luck with your deck and construction, Mayael is my favorite EDH deck I have at the moment. Here's mine if you're looking for more suggestions or something. deck:mayael-the-anima-derp-stomp-aggro

Oh, almost forgot, I love the hell out of Primordial Hydra , but I can't tell you how many times I used to use Mayael and hit him as one of the creatures and then cry that I couldn't play him. Just food for thought.

goatsucker, you are forgiven; more than half of the people who comment don't read that part.
I like a lot of your suggestions. To tell you the truth, though, I'm not sure if I even want to continue with this deck. I've done some playtests, and it just isn't fun for me when I play it. I've been putting a lot more work into my Kaalia deck deck:wings-of-the-witch-suggestions-wanted, which is cruel for all of my opponents, but gives me sadistic glee when I play it.
Again, thank you for your suggestions, and I'll probably come back to this deck after I finish my Kaalia one. Your Mayael deck is awesome, btw.

You really need to cut back on creatures who don't have power 5 or greater. I understand they ramp, but you should focus on artifacts that can ramp for you and spells that get you lands instead of creatures because it causes you to whiff with Mayael the Anima and can be disrupted via board wipes. In my opinion, you should remove Birds of Paradise , Bramblewood Paragon , Champion of Lambholt , Druid of the Anima , Gemhide Sliver , Harabaz Druid , Lotus Cobra , Mikaeus, the Lunarch , Primordial Hydra , and Serra Ascendant . In these guys place, you can add your basic lands and find room for Scroll Rack .
