You like that card you scryed do ya? Keeping it on top of your library are ya? It's such a shame my Grindclock has other plans.

This deck has a couple winning scenarios, each using Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact or Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter and Swan Song to keep a solid defense while you work your magic:

Kurkesh Clock Mill- Use Chief Engineer and Generator Servant to bring out Grindclock and Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient early game. Watch as your opponent stares in horror as you charge up your grindclocks twice as fast and mill for double the cards. Bonus points for milling after they scry for a card they like.

Chain Veil Mill- Use Chief Engineer to bring out The Chain Veil early game. Combined with jace, the memory adept and Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient , you can mill for 30 cards A TURN. Crazy right?

Artifact Ramp-Sometimes milling just isn't feasible. That's where the sideboard comes in. Use Springleaf Drum , Generator Servant and/or Chief Engineer to bring out Scuttling Doom Engine or Soul of New Phyrexia early game. Chasm Skulker and Master of Waves are also there to help convoke the big guys into play.

I KNOW this deck isn't perfect, but this is my general idea for a standard mill deck. Any suggestions are more than welcome.
