WARNING You shouldn't win with this deck! The deck is meant to be a flex on your opponents by putting your entire deck into the command zone. Original idea came from twitter:

Gameplan

Step 1: Make infinite mana with Peregrine Drake and Deadeye Navigator, then draw your deck with Azure Mage.

Step 2: Cast Claws of Gix, Dream Trawler, Angel's Grace, Mastery of the Unseen, Epitaph Golem and Emergence Zone, activating it.

Step 3: Make copies of Claws and Golem with Saheeli's Artistry.

Step 4 (If you have exiled cards): Use Isochron Scepter imprinted with Pull from Eternity paired with Filigree Sages to return every exiled card, ending with pull from eternity itself.

Step 5: Discard your hand all cards with Dream Trawler except for Leadership Vacuum and Narset's Reversal and put all cards in your graveyard into your library with Epitaph Golem.

Step 6: Sacrifice all of your permanents to Claws of Gix besides the tokens created by Saheeli's Artistry (Claws and Golem),Claws of Gix and Mastery of the Unseen.

Step 7: Manifest the top card of your library. Then cast your commander Vadrok, Apex of Thunder mutating any manifest.

Step 8: Cast Leadership Vacuum targeting yourself. Then for each manifest, you mutate Valrok, and cast Vacuum again with the trigger, still targeting yourself. Each mutated card with Vadrok goes into the command zone with Vadrok. Repeat steps 7&8 until your library is all manifests.

Step 9: Cast Leadership Vacuum, targeting yourself. Cast Narset's Reversal, targeting Leadership Vacuum.

Step 10: Leaving the copy of Leadership Vacuum on the stack, activate Mastery of the Unseen four times.

Step 11: With the four activations on the stack, sacrifice the card Grix of Claws and Mastery of the Unseen, leaving the two copies on the field.

Step 12: Use Epitaph Golem to put your graveyard (besides Leadership Vacuum) into your library then let 3 manifest triggers resolve.

Step 13: Use Vadrok's mutate to put the manifests into your command zone with Leadership Vacuum.

Step 14: Use Epitaph Golem to put Leadership Vacuum on the bottom of your library, then let the last manifestation trigger resolve. Cast Vadrok, mutating the manifest.

Step 15: Sacrifice the tokens to the Claws of Gix, leaving only the mutated manifest. Let the copy of Leadership Vacuum resolve.

Board state: No permanents All 100 cards in the command zone.

Why this works

This ultimate flex works through a similar interaction with Brisela, Voice of Nightmares (the melding of Bruna, the Fading Light and Gisela,the Broken Blade. Where both creatures go into the command zone if leadership vacuumed but only the original commander can be cast from it. As one or the other are our commander, once they meld, Brisela becomes our commander, meaning that Leadership Vacuum sends Bruna and Gisela to our command zone, but we can only cast the original commander. The same is done with the mutated Vadrok, Apex of Thunder, where we send the entire mutation to the command zone but can only cast Vadrok. Only Leadership Vacuum works with this interaction as any other interaction will result in the other parts going in designated zone and only Vadrok going to the command zone.
