Definitely going to take out Thatcher Revolt . It is really not that great. I could be getting 2 spirits for the same mana cost at instant speed. I assume there are better decks for it, but not with white tokens. I'm going to put in the Stromkirk Noble s over the definitely.

High Priest of Penance would allow for either a) a cheap turn 2 chump blocker that can destroy nice things on their board, b) a late game self burn card to remove those nasty cards, like...say a Dreg Mangler with Increasing Savagery on it?, or c) a free hit creature, as your opponents are worried about losing their cards. I use it in my deck A Token of my Gratitude. Especially useful in conjunction with Ajani, Caller of the Pride 's first effect, which can make him more devastating and harder to remove. Also, if you say that you could just use Arrest or some other non lethal detention card, that's one wasted on a 1/1 creature.
