Hey guys! I could really use some help with this deck.

I'm trying to design an awesome control deck based around Nin - focusing mostly on instants to control the board, leaving mana open and casting things on opponent's end steps so I can uncap immediately. This gives me power to leave mana open for counter, draw, etc. and I can always pop Nin's ability whenever I want. I really love her ability and I can't wait to build this deck.

I need suggestions for what can be added or changed, and I'm on a relative budget, aka no cards over fifty dollars please.
