This is my attempt at a Legacy Artifact deck.

I wanted to make this deck aggressive and quick to get creatures out. So I added the two 0 mana cost creatures I know Memnite and Ornithopter to slow opponents down I added ethersworn cannonist

However the real star for me at least is Elspeth, Knight-Errant, I absolutely love what she does.

One thing I should mention I do see some issues with the mana base and I realize it probably needs fixing. I am all ears for that, with most legacy/modern decks I make i start the list by added Cloudpost simply for its ability to produce tons of mana easily.

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Took out Cloudpost for Glimmervoid not enough white mana producing sources from my play tests with this deck to make good use of Elspeth, Knight-Errant
