I always struggled when it came to finding a Pauper-legal commander that appealed to me (I'm very much a Timmy/Tammy), but for some reason I saw this card and immediately wanted to build a deck around it.

It's called "The Best of Both Worlds" because it's meant to do a little of what green and blue each do best: mana ramp into big, bodacious beaters, and give card draw and control, respectively. I also tried to pick out the best Druids and Merfolk to include in this deck because holy crap, Path of Ancestry is a common, wat the wat. Landfall and explore are obvious mechanics to include as well.

It's been a long time since I've played PEDH, and my deck back then was nothing to write home about, so I'm very open to feedback! One more idea I had for this deck, that I didn't get to implement, was making some kind of extra use of the life gain offered by Tatyova, like if there are any spells that have "pay X life" as an additional cost that would be a good fit. I wasn't able to find any, but sometimes it's tough to know what search terms to use.
