Hey elik723 and psychoza I'm not too sure i want cards like Felidar Sovereign that just win outright, I just feel like they are a bit cheap and me and my group of mates find things like them a tad boring.

Storm Herd however seems like a great addition and I'll look to adding it if i can!

I'd cut Captain's Call and Cenn's Enlistment for the two ramp cards. Armillary Sphere is another one to think about. And I know you don't like older soldiers but Daru Warchief is really good.

Yeah I've found that Captain's Call is not so good in EDH since it is not reusable, however Cenn's Enlistment seems to be much better late game because of retrace.

As you said, this deck really needs ramp so i probably will take both out for Armillary Sphere and maybe something like Burnished Hart .

Finally, i have found a way to use more old cards because i can just use digital alters with modern borders so i may be adding those other cards you suggested too, thanks! :)

I recommend Mass Calcify instead of instead of Hour of Reckoning, it's expensive, but there is SO MUCH token generation in EDH that you may not take care of everything that you need to, especially playing against a Token Elf deck or a Token Artifact deck. Also not to recommend too much but white is pretty much my favorite, and Elspeth Knight-Errant would be fantastic for this deck. not only token generation but adding +3/+3 and flying to something that already has a boost as well as her -8 ability make her an immediate problem. I once used her -8 ability in my Bant Deck with an Empyrial Archangel in play..... That was fun.... Possibly swap her for Gideon, just my opinion but I never liked Gideon Jura that much....

Hey Morphisys, Mass Calcify is really good in this deck and i don't know why it was not in the deck in the first place.

As for Elspeth, Knight-Errant , unfortunately she is just too expensive for me to add and until i get more money to spare i will have to keep her out for now. Thanks for the suggestions!

Really nice deck. One card that I think you'd really like is Sun Droplet in a four player game it basically says gain 4 life per turn. Journeyer's Kite might be a good idea aswell.

Thanks Rofelos, i have not seen Sun Droplet before and it would be great for this deck - the same with Journeyer's Kite . I will look for room to include them, thanks!

I know they are not the cheapest but Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile would be very useful.

Yeah squadcarxmar they do seem needed in this deck so i will maybe add them, they will go in the maybeboard for now.

Luminarch Ascension is a ticking clock on token generation, also Coat of Arms is pretty legit in here, assuming your opponent doesn't have any soldiers lol or perhaps Door of Destinies as a safer choice

Martyr's Bond in case of a selective wipe like Whipflare , Mizzium Mortars , Bile Blight , etc.

another idea since myself and a friend are trying to come up with a new Bant, throw a Ghostway in the deck and cast that right before (or after depending on how you look at the stack) you cast your wrath of god, nice counter to opponents board wipes too... You'll lose your tokens but keep your token engines......

+1 from me :)

Hey Thesaman I just recently took out Aurification since i do sort of want people to continue attacking me however i do see how it would be good to put back in. I may need more convincing though!

I cannot make card links on my phone so I apologize in advance. Staff of Nin may be worth considering. One sided card draw is nice and you can ping yourself for 1 to make instant speed chump blockers. Or you can do it during the person before you's end step to make a slow engine. The engine isn't the best but instant speed chump blockers and additional card draw in white may be enough to give it a shot.

Also, Daru Warchief and Strionic Resonator. Any time you take damage you can double the amount of tokens you generate with the Resonator.

I love the deck. Do you think you could find a place for a Dictate of Heliod ?

Joedragon3 says... #23

Hey evkede thanks! Will find room for the dictate, not keeping up to date very well.

I'm not sure if this has been pointed out but, Mentor of the Meek is anti-synergestic with any of your buffs (and you are running a lot of those) because with 2 or more static buffs the tokens will be entering as 3/3s or bigger. I think he is a great card when no buffs are on the field, but with as many as you run (I counted no less than 10) I don't see that happening very often.

As for what cards to add, I don't play white tokens at all so I have no idea there. But I know that Coat of Arms is insane in any tribal deck as well as Door of Destinies .

And with no budget limit a decent amount of mana ramp opens up: Mana Crypt Mox Diamond Chrome Mox Mana Vault Grim Monolith all make mana the turn they come out albeit with a slight downside if you are willing to pay that.

Thanks for the comment redawk, i do agree with the comment about the mentor so i may take him out for some of the cards you said.

Some of the ramp i may put in too, thanks!
