Fling
The way the deck works is pretty simple, Storm Herald lets you pile enchantment auras from the graveyard to your creatures when he enters.
The idea is to load the graveyard with Cathartic Reunion and Thrill of Possibility with your Colossification
Once the aura is loaded into the graveyard, cast Storm Herald on a turn where you have access to 5 mana and a Fling in your hand.
You can add the enchantment to Sylvan Caryatid to give it Hexproof so the combo cannot be interrupted with removal.
You can use Destiny Spinner to protect your deck from counter-spells that effect enchantments or creatures.
Gruul Spellbreaker stops enemy interaction on your turn and has the ability to get haste upon entering the battlefield with riot.
Trample is something I have debated adding, a small creature with trample played the turn before Storm Herald can give you a swing and a Fling.
Cycle dual-lands are added for extra draw ability.
Underworld Breach saves you when you when you need to cast a Storm Herald or Fling from the graveyard. Just take into account the extra mana needed for the combo. 7 in total.
The sideboard is utility based, things like Heroic Act for added hexproof, Gruul Charm to get mind controlled creatures back or take care of flying creatures, and Atarka's Command for a long list of interactions.
Thud is a lower cost alternative to Fling, but it lacks instant speed. So the sideboard contains a set for those daring adventurers out there who just want to toss creatures.
Ideal starting hand:
-Colossification
-Storm Herald
-3 lands (red and green sources)
-Cathartic Reunion
-Sylvan Caryatid
At creation this is a 200 dollar (USD) highly competitive Gruul deck. Though at first glance it may seem ridiculous, try it out. It’s shockingly consistent.
