Mathas, Fiend Seeker is a legendary vampire from an unknown plane. He is both a vampire and a vampire hunter. Mathas' desire to be the only one of his kind drives him to betray his brethren. He hunts his fellow vampires and brands them with a powerful holy symbol, condemning them to death. Mathas keeps his true identity a secret, playing the part of an innocent mortal, but with every death, he comes a step closer to the time he will finally be able to unleash his hunger on the world.

Mathas is the head of this Bounty Hunters' Guild. The Bounty Hunters' Guild, also known as the Bondsman's Guild, the Bounty Guild, or simply the Guild, was an institution that regulated the bounty-hunting trade. The Bounty Hunters' Guild was an ancient institution that regulated the bounty-hunting trade. It was led by a guildmaster who held members to the Bounty Hunters' Creed, the unwritten rules of the bounty hunters. Its rules were the laws that kept bounty hunters together, but the guild was full of loose cannons, who would often break the rules for their own benefit. The guild was more a coalition of the professionals than a proper organization, and rivalries between its houses were a common occurrence. The bounty hunters who joined the guild had the benefit of notifications of bounty postings before they were broadcast through official channels, which gave guild members a head start. When the guild assigned one of its members to pursue the subject of a government bounty, only that particular hunter was authorized to go after that particular acquisition. Members of the Guild were required to follow the Bounty Hunter Code.

As Guildmaster, Mathas is someone who has undergone extensive training, ruthless mental and physical conditioning, and mysterious rituals in preparation for becoming an itinerant monsterslayer for hire.

Mathas now surrounds himself with several other skilled Bounty Hunters. The brute and muscle of the Guild is Mogis, God of Slaughter, Mogis excises his brawn to weaken the Bounty so that the Guild can collect the Gold. Sower of Discord is excellent muscle as well and causes many problems for those seeking to escape the Bounty Hunters Guild. Xantcha, Sleeper Agent is a master bounty hunter and expert in the art of assassination. She will infiltrate the enemy's army only to claim the prize. She truly is an amazing asset to the Guild. Hunter of Eyeblights will capture the escaping Bounty and make sure the Treasure is collected for the Guild. Bitterheart Witch helps the Guild with her administrative team placing bounties and curses on those who are on the run. Her team consists of Danitha Capashen, Paragon, Heliod's Pilgrim, Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Mesa Enchantress, Sram, Senior Edificer, and Starfield Mystic. The Guild, and its Bounty Hunters, are based out of the Command Tower. This Tower is protected bu the Shield Generator and its operators Baird, Steward of Argive and Windborn Muse. Deep in the Stronghold is the Ghostly Prison where the Bounties are kept until collection can be made. Within this Sphere of Safety the Bounty Hunters Guild love to Revel in Riches under there the Mardu Banner colors. The Guild will Terminate, Fumigate, Mortify and Murder the targets they aquire.

I am working on a more competitive build and would love some feedback... The Bounty Hunters Guild (Semi-Competitive)

This is my attempt at making The Bounty Hunters Guild a little more competitive. We want more value, so we are trying some new things out. Athreos, Shroud-Veiled and Massacre Girl have joined the Guild and will help the bounty hunters bring in the Coin. Orzhov Advokist is spreading the warrants, and Marchesa'a Decree has given the Guild the official approval of the Monarch. The Guild has some new tech in the form of the Strionic Resonator and a new base of operations at Alhammarret's Archive in Serra's Sanctum on Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
