Oh, I was actually saying your side looks good. A little bit of wiggle room but overall most of the sideboard should stay. Ingot Chewer is terrible in the main but is basically needed in the side.

+1 for showing that Living End without Fulminator Mage is doable. I've always felt he's nice but not always needed.

Oh, I was actually talking about Igneous Pouncer, not Ingot Chewer. The chewers are a fantastic side card. The pouncers are just too easy to kill.

Oh I understand now! Duh, the pouncers not chewers. I agree they are quite killable. What do you suggest I try instead? I do like the twisted abomination idea ; )
Yeah I couldnt include fulminator due to the insane price tag.

Also, this may be pushing it a bit, but I run 1 Godless Shrine so my recluses have another black source to search, and it lets me use sided Sin Collector. As for your main, abominations are good, simian spirit guide is viable, and you can try things like more shriekmaws or a mained faerie macabre if you want.

jcase593630, what would you suggest I replace them with? They are an effective budget-wise mana fixer.

play what you got and there much better like a grixxes deck im fond of i have 3 Watery Grave and 1 one Blood Crypt no Steam Vents but playing with buddy lands because of being poor lol and its a slower game plan but being able to cycle turn one is great and if you want to blow peoples minds Gemstone Caverns is great in lgc people didnt know it letts you go first 40% more and you can get a way with buddy lands in 3 color deck but u have to fix your mana base in weird ways

Love Living End. As I play it myself, I feel like I prefer running a couple Simian Spirit Guide especially when you run Avalanche Riders, this can allow you to cast them earlier than expected. It also allows you to cast Living end a turn earlier or during a turn where you can cycle one more creature before paying the casting cost.
Always depends on your play style I guess, I tend to prefer the explosive type :)

Yeah, I've been finding 2 simian spirit guides to be surprisingly useful.

I'd drop 2 avalanche riders. 2's enough. Also, if you don't mind adding like 10 bucks to your price tag, you could drop the jungle weavers for 2 more pale recluse, and add 1 Godless Shrine. This gives you access to sided Sin Collector and is another searchable black source. If you wanted to max architects, you could go down to 1 abomination. And I feel that you might be able to make do with 1 less land, in favor of either the third avalanche riders or a second shriekmaw.

Sideboard needs affinity hate. I suggest Stony Silence and Kataki, War's Wage as options.

*Additional affinity hate, I meant to say. I also like Gnaw to the Bone as a hedge against Zoo and Burn.

I think you need atleast 4 fetches because you need to have a target for Demonic Dread which is Dryad Arbor. You cant fetch it up with mire tho. I would run Blackcleave Cliffs and Copperline Gorge over some of the lands you have but thats just my oppinion.

I appreciate the input marbo but this is a Budget built. : )I do have the 1 catacombs to fetch with as well as the 1 foothills. It's fine with me. I don't have the proper amount of fast lands you're suggesting unfortunately : (

So funny enough I finally built my living end like a month ago after seeing this and after playing at my LGS (2/1 the first week 3/1 second week 3/0/1 third week) I found that faerie macabre is probably best in the main board especially since affinity and other decks have some annoyances you want to kill pre living end and then exile so they don't get them back. I also run kola command main board and a shriekmaw (kola isn't that budget, ingot chewer or shriek is just as fine). The slaughter games in the side board I ended up taking out completely because they're really only good against combo decks like scapeshift and I don't face any at my shop. I also like to run 3 simian because the meta is pretty fast and sometimes you really need to t2 living end or fulminator. Abomination is obviously preference but I don't run him. I just wanted to give my input after using this deck myself.changes: -1 twisted abomination -1 demonic dread -1 architects of will -2 slaughter games (SB) +1 simian, switch macabres to main board, +2 brindle boar or leyline of sanctity.

ryanmassey I have found Faerie Macabre to be super awkward in living end decks, and at best i would possibly sideboard it (although am currently not) and would defiantly not main board it. First after you living end it back, if you have a Deadshot Minotaur it kills it, witch is really depressing. Second, it doesn't do a lot against eldrazie, witch is the best deck right now, and it can actually end up helping them as it exiles cards witch they need for ingest. So yeah, i just really don't think it's a viable main board card for the deck.

Thanks again Yamishi : )I have a wooded foothills and a mire that I can use. Why don't you like the ingot chewers? They are my anti affinity tech.
