Post-Vancouver Mulligan Changes —Feb. 2, 2016
Removed Butcher of Malakir for another Swamp. Without Partial Paris, I may even need to go up to 38 or 39, but I'll slowly add them if I feel it to be necessary (or even add mana rocks over things like Wayfarer's Bauble, maybe). Butcher was fun while he lasted, but my top end needed to get dropped at least a little bit and Sheoldred and Rune-Scarred are too valuable in the late-game plans with or without Chainer, while Butcher had me spending much of my time trying to circumvent his 7 mana cost (and if I'm going to tutor and reanimate him, I'd rather just tutor Grave Pact).
I removed Geth for an Entomb, though I may make that a Buried Alive. In most games I've drawn it, Nezumi Graverobber Flip has been easy to flip if I want the reanimation ability and his ability is typically cheaper than Geth's. More versatile earlier, great reanimation stick later if I don't need the grave exile. Also, I exchanged Corpse Connoisseur (not as necessary with Xiahou-Dun, the One Eyed and Entomb) for Zulaport Cutthroat, giving me back more opportunities to keep from bottoming out my life total.
Overall, I lowered my curve a good .30 in my changes today. This is still one of my higher curved decks, but these changes seem for the btter.

Good call- no clue how I missed it before. It bumps up my curve a bit, but it should be easy to gain value out of it.
I made the change to my physical deck too. Thanks guy!

have you tried Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed as your commander?

No, not really. I feel that if I were to change the Commander to another creature in the 99, it'd be Sidisi, Undead Vizier, and then just get Chainer and Xiahou Dun in most games.
What things would you recommend changing if I were to switch to Xiahou Dun? I hadn't actually given playing him as my Commander much thought. He seems like he'd be swiss army knife + voltron.

I like the Sidisi, Undead Vizier idea. You could go the swiss army + voltron with Xiahou Dun. I just like the idea of sacking him over and over to get back powerful non creature spells. But if you did go with Xdoe as general it wouldn't hurt to dedicate a slot or two for Howl from Beyond Endless Scream for an occasional commander kill.

Since you already have Dictate of Erebos and Grave Pact, why not Butcher of Malakir?
