Saint Traft is the clock, the deck is the lock.

The intention is to use Traft attacking as the win condition while the rest of the deck disrupts the opponent from being able to develop strongly. As Traft takes 5 combat hits to kill (and any boosting effect drops that to 4), we want to get him up and running as soon as possible. This is assisted by the rocks; Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, and Lotus Petal. After he's out, keep the way clear. Counter creature spells, give him evasion via auras or spells such as Distortion Strike.

The considerations I'm currently working on is how best to shut down the opposing side. Reactive Counter magic (Counterspell), Prison effects (Winter Orb), or Proactive Counter magic (Hesitation).
