This is a [Temur] coloured Superfriends Control deck, getting it's name from using Nightshade Peddler with a RUG colourbase.
It carries with it 7 Planeswalkers, serving as Wincons or Utilitywalkers.
Using Izzet Staticaster + Nightshade Peddler , you create a boardstate in which an enemy cannot play a creature spell unless it has Indestructible or Hexproof/Shroud, in which cases you'll be ready to counter it with the spells supplied to you by the card draw.

Suggestions are warmly welcome [as long as you don't suggest cards $50+ each] (I am new to Magic, I've only played for about half a year, so there're definitely many great cards I've missed), as is general feedback and discussion.

Looking at the Magic Origins Flipwalkers, I'm interested in Nissa, but not sure about the others. I highly doubt the others would work, but I want your opinions.

Will finish the description at a later date, including a comprehensive primer.

Upon elpokitolama's suggestions, I've made a few changes to the deck. Not sure how they'll play out.

-1 Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, -1 Domri Rade -> replaced with +2 Sarkhan Unbroken
-3 Mystic Snake, -3 Dissolve, -1 Syncopate -> replaced with +3 Remand, +2 Mana Leak, +1 Lightning Bolt
-2 Jace's Ingenuity, -1 Temporal Trespass -> replaced with +2 Savor the Moment.
Also added +3 Search for Tomorrow. Slightly bothered as I can't remember what last card I removed. (Added 13 cards, removed 12 according to the changes here.)

Swapped Chandra, Pyromaster for Chandra, the Firebrand as I don't want to Exile a Counterspell of sorts.
