I highly doubt I'll include any of those, Izzet Staticaster is just too good with her Flash & Haste.

It's been a while since the last time I've seen a fairly competitive superfriends deck...
In order to make it work even better, you should add two Sarkhan Unbroken instead of Tamiyo and Niv-Mizzet, trade Trespass and both Jace's ingenuity for Savor the Moment as a two-of + a fourth Lightning Bolt, all the snakes+Domri+dissolve should be out for cards like Remand, Mana Leak, Spell Snare, Spell Pierce (which are more effective counterspells in modern). You can also try to find some places for Search for Tomorrow since you're playing green, Vapor Snag, Snapcaster Mage, Cryptic Command...

I wanted to get Sarkhan Unbrokens in this deck, but thought the -8 is useless, but I guess it's worth it for the other two abilities as I can actually play him with the colors. Removing Tamiyo, the Moon Sage I'd be alright with, but Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius is usually a won game if I untap with him, even if he gets shanked by a killspell I can dump some mana into a multitude of draws, and at that point the card advantage carries me home.
Savor the Moment I could also put in, but the reason I have the Snakes is because I actually have access to them.
As my description says, I've not the cash for cards as expensive as Snapcasters or Cryptic Commands, if I would I'd go ham on them.
If you could help me, how should my counter suite be? If I were to take out the snakes, Domri, & the dissolves: which counters and what quantity should I replace them with?

How about replacing Chandra with Sarkhan Dragonspeaker? Hasty dragon planes walkers are fun stuff.

Goblin Sharpshooter and Gelectrode do some great work with Nightshade Peddler and Hissing Iguanar gives the targeted creature killing a little more value!
