:\ Good point. Let me see what I can do about that.

No problem. The last thing I want to see is your deck taken apart by a 1 mana spell.

Green has a solution in Ground Seal. I don't know of any others.

Hmmm, I want to keep it 2 color, so I think I'll, morph the creatures a bit. If I remove the infinite mana combo, I can add in a few Seizan, Perverter of Truths. Turn 3 6/5 that refills your hand is quite annoying. I wish I could add Disciple of the Vault, that would be so good, but he just dies to Heartless Summoning.

Also, Ground Seal counters my combo too b/c I can't target the other Myr Retriever in my graveyard.

Oh yeah. Well, it's hit or miss. Works with Vengevine, that's why I was thinking of it.

Thirst for Knowledge seems the perfect card to dig into your deck to find the enchantment and that can also help you to put a Myr Retriever into the graveyard, so that when you'll cast the second one you'll be also able to go off with the mill combo.

Anyone got any results from this deck? It looks like it would be good but I don't know the chances of drawing what you need

I feel like you should run Blood Artist over Falkenrath Noble as they are effectively the same just one is a bit faster to pull out.

I was originally doing that, but Blood Artist does to Heartless Summoning :)

If you have the money, Pact of Negation should counter anything that will keep you from winning that turn.

Yeah I've been thinking about that too, to prevent those Surgical Extractions from ruining the deck. Sadly, they're a bit too expensive. I'll try to get my hands on them though.

Another thought would be Muddle the Mixture. It serves as both a counter spell for those pesky sorceries and instants, or you can use it to tutor for any of your Myr or Heartless Summoning.

Also, Mental Misstep will counter Surgical Extraction. The CMC will always be 1m regardless as to if they paid mana or life.

Yeah, I wish. Mental Misstep is banned in modern and legacy :?

Oh. I just play casual with friends and family, so I don't know much about what's allowed and what's not in most formats. It's a fun deck though! I'm adopting it towards my meta and price range, and if it works well I'm going to order the cards!

IMHO, you should cut your beaters for more counterspells, removal, and dig. Muddle the Mixture sounds great specifically. But your beaters, by virtue of not being the absolute best, will get steamrolled by those that are or removed by those who are used to playing against the best. More disruption will help with your consistency. Sorry if I sound too critical
Also, Inquisition of Kozilek can target your opponent for disruption, or you for pitching a myr.
Dig like Taigam's Scheming that dumps cards in your graveyard is especially nice since you don't actually need to play both the retrievers, it works with one in the graveyard. Ideas Unbound is also great, since you don't care about the downside.
Your deck is, unfortunately, weak to commonly run graveyard and artifact hate. I don't know how to deal with that, sorry. Maybe a transformative sideboard of some sort?

Though I don't like Inquisition of Kozilek just because it costs too much ($wise) for something that isn't essential to this deck.

I'm thinking of Leyline of Sanctity. Any thoughts?

I'm torn. On one hand, I like the ideas and the multiple wincoins. On the other hand, I really don't want anyone to ever play this deck, because I would feel bad for anyone who ever went up against this deck.
But seriously, do you have any response to any card like Extirpate or Surgical Extraction?
