Extortion and stalling are the name of the game, through the use of intimidating walls, heavy-hitters, and a bit of cruelty.

Noteworthy Combos:

Souls of the Faultless + Valor Made Real - Any sort of non-flying assault will be regretted.

Exquisite Blood + Vizkopa Guildmage - Disgusting.

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond - Even more disgusting.

Crypt Ghast + Pontiff of Blight - The more you get out, the better, although I find that getting out 1 of each is enough to put a potential end to the game or get a drastic life lead.

Crypt Ghast + Godless Shrine - It's worth mentioning that Godless Shrines are swamps.

Noteworthy Cards/Explanations:

Obzedat, Ghost Council - A 5/5 body is already hard enough to get rid of, but this guy's a true pain in the arse since he avoids any sort of sorcery removal. Puts the opponent on a clock.

Divinity of Pride - A 4/4 for 5 with Flying and Lifelink is noteworthy enough, but that secondary ability makes it into something of a Win-More card.

Pontiff of Blight Souls of the Faultless - Two very solid blockers with abilities that have potential to lengthen the life lead.

Mortify, Castigate, Orzhov Charm - Removal and Control are pretty important, pretty good excuses for Extort due to the 3 and lower CMC.
