You really want Falkenrath Exterminator and Markov Blademaster , maybe over Havengul Vampire . Doom Blade , Go for the Throat , Victim of Night , etc, would all be better than Crippling Blight and well worth the extra mana, although nothing really comes close to Feast of Blood in here! I'm also not sure that Deviant Glee is worth inclusion.

I have a couple of Markov Blademaster that I will have to test out. I was just apprehensive about its high CMC relative to its power/toughness, and its susceptibility to being killed with a simple chump block. I would also be having to choose my turn 3 drop of either the blademaster, Stromkirk Captain or Vampire Nighthawk not an easy choice!

Crippling Blight was just a cheap way to make their creatures unable to block all of my +1+1 gaining creatures, as well as potential removal of 1/1s if necessary. Feast of Blood is the main removal, but I could definitely see a reason to add a couple more Doom Blade s.

Deviant Glee was also just a cheap way of boosting some power and having the utility to get trample to get through a chump blocker to ensure I get a +1+1 counter, but I might remove it for something else.
