Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas is hands down my favorite planeswalker. Love it.But, if I may.. It seems that there are certain staples that are missing. Everflowing Chalice Is great acceleration, especially in conjunction with Contagion Clasp and Contagion Engine. Also, Grand Architect allows for a wild card buff and can act as an extra mana resource in a build such as this.

@mcgrobert - i know. it's not conventional. Here is my typical gameplan:

play land ASAP. play Vault Skirge turn one taking a balls hit to get him out. protect skirge and myself with Mana Leak and Tumble Magnet.
get Tezz out.Pump up skirge and ef sheets up.

Although I am also content to copy and army of Tumble Magnets with Phyrexian Metamorph and then proliferate the crap out of them with my contagion artifacts.
Then when no creatures can do anything i will ultimate tezz for a nice clean win.

I never really need to ramp into anything much.

If a game is stalling out, I should have enough firepower in many games to drop Wurmcoil Engines or Steel Hellkites.

The Grand Architect is good, but this is almost an exclusive artifact deck, and those guys seem to work best with some weenie blue drops to help ramp into a crazy artifact that rapes the field.

My goal is mostly to have stupid artifacts out that can lock down the board until I can turn them into beasts with Tezz, or unleash his ultimate.

I find nothing more satisfying than having an army of Tumble Magnets preventing anything from happening and then zapping the opponent with Tezz's -4.

LOL It's true. Tumble Magnet was my big anti-titan card in standard for quite some time.

@Frankilfo thanks dude. this is my favorite deck to play. using Tezz to animate artifacts that lose their abilities never gets old.

Beating face with a used up tumble magnet is about as satisfying as it gets for me.

The Ichor Wellspring is a new favorite of mine to side in for draw, because once it is animated it becomes a danger to block because i get new weapons in hand.

Although the meat and potatoes of this deck will always be Vault Skirge that little dude gives back so much.
