I'm using Chrome and haven't ever had a problem with the playtester. Lots of people have had bugs with it though; not sure what the issue is. I've been play testing this against a couple other draft decks I kept around (which both netted 2nd at their respective draft) and this deck thrashes them every time. Mana screw is very much a thing, but it happens like 1/22 times. I'm not terribly worried. Also, I'm playing our first official match against Gurei on Tuesday, sometime from 10:30-midnight, Pacific Time. I won't be streaming it, but I'll be recording the game and my in-game commentary and making it into a video, so it should be available at some point on Wednesday. Even if Caley doesn't want to have the results put on the site until all the Round 1 Matches are complete, I'll hit you guys up with the youtube link so we can revel in our triumph.

Oh I totally forgot: Kaley will be watching each match on MTGO and streaming it as well on his twitch with his commentary. So you can either watch the match on your own MTGO or let Caley take you on a nice ride through "Darkness misplayed that land". Either way :)

Thanks Darkness1835. I feel like a proud parent sending his child out into the world and I want to see how he handles life's complications. Also, I'll be asleep when you're playing so a recording is just perfect.

WHY! WHY! WHY! WHY!
Ok. Phew. Glad to get that out. But, seriously, I just want our baby to go and erase the existence of our pathetic foes. Is that to much to ask? Why must I wait?!?

Caley, on watching other team's matches: "I'd say preferably not, but if you guys want to be able to watch others' matches before you play your own against those people, I'll yield, as long as everyone feels they have a level playing field. I'm not sure this is the case, though, as some decks do have a bit more of a "SURPRISE" element to them."
Hehe, surprise. I think he means us. Anyways, as group members, you guys can feel free to watch everyone's matches, as that's the consensus the group leaders are heading towards. I'll do my best to abstain. We play Thursday night, still not sure which time. 10ish. In the meantime, tonight there's a great match on: RussischerZar vs Deckbuilder345. Again, feel free to tune in, just don't spoil anything about either decks for me. We want this as candid as possible. Feel free to report the score though :)
More later, as it comes.

Sounds good. This all on Caley's twitch channel? And 10ish in what timezone?

Yeah Wisconsin is making me sleepy with all of Caley's streams

Yeah it's a bummer if you can't catch Caley's streams. I'm sure most people are recording their own games though so sooner or later you watch them. But it's always nice to see things live.

Ugh, I'm central time too there's no way I'm staying up until 1AM to watch someone else play magic. Hopefully someone will have a play-by-play I can read, assuming Caley doesn't save the streams.

I assume everyone is recording their own matches, and even if they're not, Caley's stream will get saved to his twitch, so you can easily watch it the next day. No worries, you're covered.
August 6, 2013 10:32 p.m.
Will you be streaming on Twitch? I probably won't stay up late enough to watch the games live, but I would like to watch the replay the next morning.

I don't have a twitch. I could make one and figure it out by tomorrow, depending on my schedule. I'm already recording my matches and commentary with FRAPs and uploading them to youtube, so I can post the link like 10-20 minutes after the match ends.

Just watched the first of the DDD matches. I don't intend to spoil anything, but I do remain optimistic about our deck.
First match ended 2-0 to the deck Caley picked as the underdog.

I believe the victory went to Deckbuilder? IDK they have different MTGO usernames.

Interesting... Good to know! But who was the underdog I wonder. Something to maybe be careful about if it even surprised KC.

Best bet is to export the decklist to Cockatrice and you can run a solo playtest that way. It works.
