The Dearly Devoted (Standard MTG Deck)

The cycle has now come and i have had to once again find a way to make mono-black effective. It all started for me back when i started playing again. New Phyrexia was around and Phyrexian Obliterator caught my eye, winning me top-8 at every FNM I attended. Later as the months went by and my lovely Obliterator left, leaving me hopelessly love-lorn and saddened, but i was quickly awe struck by the sight of 2 lovely zombies Gravecrawler and Geralf's Messenger, and my new relationship began again. Sadly these 2 had their time in the darkness, and i was left with nothing. Lonely and sad i tried other colors, but none of them with the same feel as a rotting corpse, or an unspeakable horror. Until the day i saw the God of the Dead."This could fill my deep dark hole." i thought unknowingly as to how dirty that sounded...And so I give you the first iteration of my love letter to past, and my utter devotion to darkness in Magic... Please feel free to let me know what you think, and please rate, i take my mono-black decks very serious and if anyone can help make this the best it can be please let me know how. thanks for looking.

Post-Rotation is a bitch especially during this time of the year when we are about to lose and entire block. So as for now here is the new Mono-Black Devotion deck, i put together. Not as strong on card draw+devotion because i think losing Underworld Connections was the biggest blow. Also because nothing really strong came out for black in the core-set, it will not pack as much of a punch as before, but we can still agree that Gary is still broken.
