I have continued to change out cards in this deck. The original Pre-Con probably played fine against the other Doctor Who decks, but against my friends decks it was pretty dismal... I found that the deck-tech for most of the Who decks was kinda all over the map, so have decided to focus this one on the one part: 3 damage and Villanous Choices.
