Azorious control with a twist...

Cards like Sphere of Safety. Ghostly Prison, and Propaganda keep creatures from attacking you. Hunted Phantasm gives your opponents creatures and you an unblockable, which works particularly well with Suture Priest.

After that there's plenty of counters to stall and keep your opponent's in check.

Wincons: Suture Priest, Hunted Phantasm, Angel's Trumpet (creatures won't be able to attack with sphere of safety), Azor's Elocutors, Reins of Power , Dovescape, and Luminarch Ascension.

A lot of ways to win, the way you'll lose is if you don't have those enchantments that keep creatures from attacking you or if your opponent has a bunch of burn spells. But then again, that's what the counters are for...
