Damn man, I was looking at decks that used Nissa, Vastwood Seer  Flip and Kiora, Master of the Depths but now I need to build a whole deck. lol

But seriously, I like it. A lot. I see you cut Woodland Wanderer for Zendikar Incarnate. I prefer the former, but I understand that's all preference.

I also might try to weasel Embodiment of Spring in, even if I can't get him in turn one.

Thanks for the suggestion. Not too fond of the white splash for one card; I think I'll stick somewhere in between the two. But overall, nice deck.

well the white splash is also for Woodland Wanderer. i just found it hard to utilize wanderer's full potential in a build like this

FierceTierce- i've made changes and both Embodiment of Spring and Woodland Wanderer are in now. Sylvan Advocate gives just enough early presence so that i don't have to rush omnath

I like it dude! Thanks for taking my suggestions to heart. I did like Frontier Siege to ramp but Rattleclaw Mystic makes up for it and is nice mana fixing, so that's solid.

Have you thought about 1 Plains or Swamp for Embodiment of Spring or Blighted Woodland to fetch? I get that Prairie Stream covers it without messing up your mana base, so I get if that won't work for you.

i've thought about it, but i don't think its worth the extra counter on wanderer

It just occurred to me... what do you think about Beastcaller Savant?

its alright, but the creature only part makes it less appealing than Rattleclaw Mystic. it won't be able to cast kiora for that turn 4 Omnath, Locus of Rage. but since the mystic is rotating out soon, savant will probably take its place.

how does this deck fair with aggro for example the new izzet aggro list seems too strong for this deck to handle without much removal. would it seem good to mainboard some removal as it appears removal is all the deck really lacks

I've playtested a little bit against my own decks (Mardu aggro most notably) and it holds off that deck fairly well. The biggest weakness I've noted is flying. Atarka's Command helps slightly, but with the new set, there's lots of combat tricks especially because most of the new Izzet decks feature Stormchaser Mage.

Here's a couple suggestions for tempest: I think there could be more Tears of Valakut in the sideboard, or even Plummet. I would like to mainboard that (because the deck seems so weak to flying), but that becomes a dead card when there's no fliers, and nobody likes that. So I would suggest sideboarding more I guess. I don't mean to boss you on your own deck, just a suggestion. I've actually built this deck with my own cards and I think I'll do that.

Like I said, I've playtested it and I really enjoy this deck. It's fun to play and really strong. I love the mana explosion turn 3-4 with Rattleclaw Mystic, Shaman of Forgotten Ways, Atarka's Command, and Embodiment of Spring.

I don't know if you've noticed, but you can actually get Sylvan Advocate's bonus to land creatures without any Awaken cards with Lumbering Falls. Took me a while to realize that.

Kingoat- the deck doesn't benefit much from removal spells, since as a midrange deck, its weaker to control than to aggro. midrange is usually able to stabilize before aggro can close out the game. also, Retreat to Kazandu

FierceTierce- valid point. i've taken out Scatter to the Winds for 2 more Tears of Valakut. and yeah, i did notice Sylvan Advocate's synergy with Lumbering Falls. otherwise i might have stuck with the old build.

idk. i've been thinking about it. first ability gives elemental tokens and sustain (which isn't usually an issue?), but aside from that, it doesn't have much synergy with the deck. even those elemental tokens get exiled, which doesn't trigger Omnath, Locus of Rage's ability. and i can't use Shaman of Forgotten Ways to ramp to her

Ah, I was thinking her Elementals would trigger Omnath. I guess if they became blocked, it would end up triggering his ability. But yeah probably not worth it.

her elementals are also really close to triggering Temur Ascendancy but i'm not sure what anthem effects there are in standard

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar is all I can think of. And sadly not viable in this deck.
