Wouldn't Llanowar Elves fit better than Birds for the Elf synergy? Also, you could make use of Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Rhys the Redeemed, or Ambush Commander.

Maybe even Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa granted he's not an elf but he'll give those tokens some real nice evasion. Throw in Druids' Repository when you get a nice cycle of value.

Thanks Homelessguy, it's actually less of a token deck and more of an elf ball deck. I have recently also changed my commander to Karametra, God of Harvests to help draw out the land and make Genesis Wave even more effective. I should probably update the cards lol. Green has always had a bit of a special place in my heart for me. I'm a timmy til then end lol

Well first off you've seen my Rhys deck so you know i like this deck so +1 right off the bat. The only thing i feel like this deck is missing is something like Seeker of Skybreak or Wirewood Symbiote to take advantage of yhe various elven tap abilities Imperious Perfect for example tapped two or three times on one turn can make creatures start swinging for lethal damge, and there are a couple fillers like Defiant Elf that are good but not as good as others you could swap, awsome deck though nice job.

By the way though i am jelous of you Aura Shards and Paradox Engine lol ,they will probly get added to King Rhys, Elven Warlord when i can buy them

Oh yeah i also forgot since you suggested Coat of Arms to me i thought id suggest Door of Destinies to you its a good meta alternate if you run into opposing elves

I actually keep a Door of Destinies sided usually just in case I have some kind of elf off. Go to is Coat of Arms if playing something else. Only reason I would ever play coat of arms against another elf deck is if I've got forest walk available, otherwise it's a game of Russian roulette. Also been known to destroy CoA myself on many occasion lol. My main go to win cons are usually Joraga Warcaller for lots, or Craterhoof Behemoth which is just a dumb card lol. Wouldn't be a bad suggestion for your deck actually.

I just cant get over the price point of Craterhoof Behemoth it always feel like i can get more vale elseware, especially since i still have to buy Aura Shards lol

Luckily I traded for mine, and the sura shards pulled way back when.... Yes I am an old sod lol. If you ever go to any Magic GPs then they have some bargains there. It's free to go aswell, you just pay for the events. Think I saw some Japanese aura shards for about...£5 so not too bad.

Yeah i hear ya ive been playin for about 15-20 years but i only recently got into buying and trying to make a good deck i used to just play with whatever for fun but latley ive been wanting to actually be competitive

No worries Doombeard1984. I am rather new to MTG and haven't dipped my toes in EDH yet. One of the decks I have made is a modern elf deck so when I start having a go at commander, this deck will really provide some good insight for me being a deck theme I understand :)

Doombeard1984 I love the deck! Karametra, God of Harvests is one of my favorite commanders and I always thought she would make a great elf commander but I've never seen any builds and never put on together myself. So I'm a big fan. I wonder if maybe you should run a couple more of the 1 drop elves like Fyndhorn Elves and Arbor Elf? That way you could ensure Karametra comes out on turn 4 or hopefully 3. Wirewood Channeler and Llanowar Tribe are favorites of mine that can produce a ton of mana. I think any of those could be swapped in for Ivy Lane Denizen and Elvish Vanguard which are good but I think getting Karametra out faster or dumping more mana into Ezuri, Renegade Leader would serve you better than the counters. But other than that I love the deck it looks super fun and you might have inspired me to build a version myself.
