This is a super old deck my brother had from when he played around 2001. It focuses on low drop enchantments that beef up low drop and zero drop creatures to astronomical levels very quickly.

Ancestral Mask is the key card to this, because it can get a creature's power out of control very quickly with many enchantments in play. Especially if the opponent(s) have enchantments as well.

I do realize this is a pretty outdated deck, but I think that for it's time, it was very powerful.
