Those are all suggestions that are for a different version of Gaddock I think. I have plenty of Creatures that I need to play, and I need to play them as early as possible to be able to draw cards from enchantments. That said, I could probably make those work here by adding Pearl Medallion and Emerald Medallion along with other static cost reduction abilities.
I am not sure what I would cut for general purpose creature cost hate, either. Another thing that I have noticed is that if I add this strategy without general purpose mana denial, it doesn't do much. Most other decks have but one or two creatures to play. Decks that have many tiny creatures typically have plenty of mana to play them as well. So it ends up that people just pay one more for their important creatures in late game. I would definitely run these cards in the pure equipment voltron though, which utilizes more pure prison cards.
Great suggestions, I will add them to my private super maybe board for this deck. :)

Yeah definitely not bad, could troll with Sun Titan pretty well.
Generally, things being destroyed means its too late.
But I like it, especially with Femeref Enchantress and Eidolon of Blossoms
Also good for not wanting to waste an umbra on a non gaddock creature.
Ill find a spot for it, thanks (maybe flickerform and austere command)

Oh hey cool... Is sun titan + gift + a free sac outlet an infinite combo?

Quicksilver says... #6
Recursive. Gift comes back at the end step, so you can only sac Sun Titan once a turn. Rule 513.3 goes into more detail about this.

... No but Sun Titan returns immediately, and can return Gift of Immortality with its ability, enchanting Sum Titan, which can be sacced again for the same effect over and over.

I'm a little confused about all the 4+ CMC stuff in here. Is there something I'm missing?

Yes, that Gaddock only stops noncreature spells with CMC >= 4. Otherwise he would be too hot to handle.
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, but no Time Warp
Relatedly though, I have been playing around with the idea of using Flickerform for protection, card draw, and a way to sneak in select noncreature spells with CMC >= 4, such as Mirari's Wake, Austere Command, and Tooth and Nail. Thoughts?

As you asked I have had a look at your deck,
And I must say I like it!
I see you also play Knight of the Reliquary in the deck and I have found that card one of the better creatures, if you add Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage, you will be able to easely get an extra wincon or big blocker :).
I personely like some other utility lands to go with it, Sejiri Steppe (protection and unblockable), Dryad Arbor (Blocker), Maze of Ith and Kor Haven, Sandstone Bridge (vigilance) and finaly for some extra land etb Vesuva

This isn't my kind of archetype, but the biggest problem I see is that you can't protect your commander. I see only two sources of hexproof and two of indestructible (which isn't as good as you'd think, at least in my meta).
He's your first and most reliable source of disruption, but you're not playing the classic set of protection cards (in particular, Lightning Greaves and its variants are missing). Remember that nearly all removal spells played in commander have CMC 3 or less, so he doesn't prevent them. Given that you have lots of irritating but important creatures, Asceticism also seems like a must.
Furthermore, you could add the card that gave Prison decks their name: Ghostly Prison. Your deck doesn't seem to shut down Aggro decks extremely well, and GP can help with that :)
To further shut down combos, I'd suggest Krosan Grip over Beast Within (or play them both and add Path to Exile too - the land doesn't matter much when they can't cast most of their high-cost spells). Every combo deck has the potential to remove your commander, and almost all counterspells have CMC <4. Only Split Second avoids that worry altogether.
scrobacca's suggestions are not correct, by the way - if something has CMC 3, it can still be cast even if they have to pay 4 to do so. But you probably knew that. Still, they're cards worth playing to deal with storm decks (or similar decks) that cantrip with quick, CMC < 4 cards. Same with Hokori, Dust Drinker and Winter Orb, if you're feeling like playing the really mean variants of prison decks.
You also have access to three Wishes, which are more handy than you'd think when you have a sideboard. Might be worth considering?
Good luck with the deck!

Should also warn you that Sheldon Menery (The Grand Poobah of EDH) announced via Facebook that he intends to do what he can to stop sideboards in EDH.

Awesome suggestions Daedalus19876!
100% Will get on those wishes -- will really need to think about it.
Along with indestructible and hexproof, there is also protection, bringing the total number of things to 6 (and also Spirit Mantle for etb creatures. That said, yep, Lightning Greaves is pretty necessary, I'll find a place for it.
Krosan Grip! AH. Overlooked totally!
Can only use Asceticism with Flickerform -- but I am getting to the point where I have a solid list of noncreature spells that are greater than CMC 4 that I would want to include regardless -- Mirari's Wake, Austere Command and Tooth and Nail, mostly. Could likely include Asceticism and Mirari's Wake with just Academy Rector
Deckologist -- Thanks! I've considered all of those at one point or another, and have Eidolon of Rhetoric in the deck already. I would probably consider adding Leonin Arbiter and Suppression Field especially -- a lot of creature combos are built with infinite mana or with mana abilities in use, but not all of them, so it could be useful.
Both of you suggest running Winter Orb and Hokori, Dust Drinker. Those are great cards, but I am not really sure how to make good use of them here. I could probably add Seedborn Muse, and I do have a low average CMC... could probably work with the enchantment ramp cards stuck onto a land so that I have access to 2 - 3 per turn (or more, with the counting lands).

That's a bummer about sideboards. If that is the case, then I guess no sideboard -- won't hurt wishes once integrated into the deck, but damn that sucks. :/

As a personal bit I refuse to even touch wishes. I feel as if you can't win with 100 cards then you don't deserve to have access to 115 but I'm a snob when it comes to such things in EDH.

Deckologist: I don't own any wishes, but I don't have an issue with them on principle. In 60-card formats they're annoying, because they're simply too good. But in a singleton format like EDH, they're an interesting dynamic because you can't use them to tutor for anything you've already put in your deck. Do you put a good card in your sideboard to find it with your wish, or do you maindeck it and make the wish less useful?

Oh man! Wishes in Talrand have saved me in numerous games! And I use them in my version of competitive Teferi to grab some extraneous win conditions.

The wish itself is strong because it gives you access to 15 different options depending on the situation. This isn't the best place to talk about this as we are just filling up this decklist with a debate that should be found in the forums.

You could make things really mean by adding in Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Vryn Wingmare, and Glowrider. It effectively means if they aren't running creatures, they aren't running anything.
