This deck's wincon is being able to pull as many copies of any card at all in the game of magic into your hand once it combos off. By tournament rules you will only be able to pull cards out of your sideboard but your sideboard can contain many different unique, ridiculous ways of winning the game.
Disclaimer: This deck has no hope of winning an actual one-on-one match against a competent opponent. But if you do ever win it will be the most fun victory ever.
The Combo:
To begin the combo requires the cards Astral Slide,
Tilling Treefolk
and Peregrine Drake to be on the battlefield. You must have two cycling lands (
Drifting Meadow
,
Remote Isle
,
Secluded Steppe
, Slippery Karst or Tranquil Thicket) either in your hand or in your graveyard when
Tilling Treefolk
comes into play.
This may seem difficult but keep in mind this deck has 12 cards with cycling so you can move through your library very fast. Idyllic Tutor and Congregation at Dawn also help you get the combo pieces.
Once these three pieces are on the board you can generate infinite mana and infinite card draw by cycling a card and alternatively flickering Peregrine Drake and
Tilling Treefolk
. Now that you have infinite mana and can draw your library we have access to all of the combo pieces we need.
After drawing your entire library drop
Pursuit of Knowledge
so that you don't accidentally mill yourself out, now all your cycling cards basically say you may draw a card. Then use the research side of Research/Development to put any four cards IN THE ENTIRE GAME OF MAGIC into your library which is now an empty space. Next drop an Eternal Witness to recur the Research/Development to your hand and play it again. Flicker, Rinse and repeat.
At this point you can fill your library with any cards you want and still have access to infinite mana and card draw so you basically have access to every card ever created. Now it's time to use a little creativity.

Drop 20
Razor Boomerang
s and 20
Scornful Egotist
s, win with the worst cards in the game.
Put out Karn Liberated, Exile a permanent or a card from someone's hand, put out The Chain Veil and exile something else, repeat this as many times as you want using Prosperity to make everyone draw their libraries which you then exile to Karn. Then use Karn's ultimate to restart the game with every permanent in your opponents and your library (Also every permanent in all of Magic if you're a dick).
For multiplayer: Mindslaver your opponents every turn. Now play the game with complete control of each of your opponents decks dueling each other.
