DrCreamy: Thanks! I do own all of the cards...it does help that I started since Revised which saved me a ton of money on used to be cheap cards ;)

Hi there!
You have a nice list and a nice primer! Thanks for sharing your ideas!
Your decklist will probably inspire mine for future improvements.
I am happy to encounter an other fan of Tawnos's Coffin and Salvaging Station.
How does perform Engineered Explosives? I am very interested to know.
I feel Trading Post is a cool card but too slow for my taste. What about your feelings?
You have also a huge COG (1-CMC) package for Salvaging Station. How are you playing them? Aren't you afraid of graveyard hate? My meta loads of a lot of them against me and I was forced to decrease my Salvaging Station package size because without recursion those cogs seemed weak.

Stefouch: Hi, I totally agree with you about Trading Post..I think I might replace it with Conqueror's Flail/Grand Abolisher to protect the combo from disruption better. Engineered Explosives is a MUST include if you run a salvaging station package. It has saved my life numerous times from fast aggressive boardstates. With Chromatic Lantern/Mox Diamond you can literally have it set to 5 which can clear most of the stuff. My meta don't really run that many graveyard hate, but if they do I think the best solution is to include Elixir of Immortality as a counter...it is also a 1cmc card.

Does EE has any use at 0 in your meta? It seems underpowered with Salvaging Station (SS) recursion and all your artifact lands or moxes.
Or do you consider it as a one-shot effect + bonus against token armies later with SS ?
December 21, 2016 6:59 p.m.
Stefouch: EE does have use at 0 mainly to destroy tokens..but I do see the problem of dealing with an early Marit Lage which thankfully doesn't happen that often. EE is more like a one shot effect that is easily tutorable..often to just save me from lethal. Destroying the moxes and lands are often not a huge setback as I have more than enough way to recover.

Do you feel like you have enough draw? Do you see your deck running out of steam more often than comfortable? Sure, most spellbombs replace themselves, but I'm always a fan of Thirst for Knowledge.
Additionally I'm all for Hex Parasite. You don't play that many creatures and some way to handle Planeswalkers is always great. (And you don't want to sacrifice into Breya all the time.
On a sidenote: Maybe play some more basics? I don't know about your meta but mine features things like Wave of Vitriol or Ruination

Stefouch: Yeah..I'm super stoked for that card. I might put Riddlesmith back in just because I can literally dig for the combo pieces in one or two turns.

@Enral
I have some questions about your card choices. I would be pleased if you find the time to answer them:
Why Lotus Petal over Lotus Bloom?
Why Lotus Petal over a land?
Would it be viable (not too risky) to play the list without Ashnod's Altar? I mean using only KCI?
Why not Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth? It is a nice mana-fixer and can help with your non-mana-productive lands or with those painful lands (e.g. Ancient Tomb).
Is Codex Shredder not too much overcosted for you? I tested it in a Glissa, the Traitor EDH deck and it was so disappointing.
Why Conjurer's Bauble? What's its purpose? If it's for graveyard protection, wouldn't Elixir of Immortality be better? If it's for card drawing in conjunction with Salvaging Station under a Wrath effect, wouldn't Chromatic Star be better?
What are your experience with Origin Spellbomb? Its interaction with Salvaging Station as a combo enabler is beautiful, but if you draw this one when you need a topdeck it seems under-performing.
Why Sunbeam Spellbomb over Elixir of Immortality? Elixir can be abused with Voltaic Key and Clock of Omens (untap it and activate it again to gain an extra 5 life before resolving).
You play so many combos like: Bomberman, Breya-Deathmantle, Breya-Displacer, Monolith-Rings, Monolith-PowerArtifact, ThopterFoundry, Origin Spellbomb. Isn't this too much? Other competitive decks are playing only 1 or 2 combo strategies. It is on purpose because you wish to avoid countermagic?
Why not Time Sieve while you already have the Thopter Foundry and the Sword of the Meek in your list? With those two cards you do not need the slowish Thopter Assembly.
Thank you!

Stefouch: Thanks for your time and feedback.. I'll try to answer all your questions...
I had lotus bloom initially but goldfishing finds that a starting hand or draw into lotus bloom is often undesired. It's probably a preference thing and I may reevaluate it in the future. Lotus petal gives me the advantage of instant fast mana and color fixing needed to power out the pieces I need early game. It can also be tutored and recurred later.
Ashnod's Altar has been on my chopping block for a while..just needs more testing.
Good point on urborg, I will have to include that in my list.
Codex shredder has been great in this deck..with the amount of mana rocks like Mana Vault, it is very easy to activate it from my experience.
Conjurer's bauble's there just for filtering with welder or station. I'm still undecided about elixir of immortality tbh..it's great when I need it but I prefer having my graveyard available for me at all times and save the critical card with bauble. Sunbeam is there just for the card filtering and occational life gain. The card draw is the key to why I did not include immortality.
I've debated just including the entire egg package with sunrise ever since paradox engine got spoiled and Chromatic Star would be the first card that I would include.
Time Sieve is too clunky and serve limited purpose tbh..I am actually debating about removing the entire foundry/meek combo to make way for more supporting artifacts.
Hope this answers your questions and thanks for your input!

Thank you for your answers Enral. They help me understand your logic and your deck interactions.
I will modify a bit my own list to try again a heavy Salvaging Station list.
I found another question for you:
- What are your thoughts about Entomb? With Sharuum it was a powerful tutor. In Breya's hands, it can still be useful with Goblin Welder, Daretti, Bomberman, Salvaging Station and Crucible of Worlds.

Additional artifact options: Universal Solvent, Spine of Ish Sah, Winter Orb
February 4, 2017 10:13 a.m.
Hi Enral! How is Ethersworn Canonist performing for you?
February 8, 2017 4:45 a.m.
Stefouch: Hey, canonist has been working great and stops a lot of combo from going off. Highly recommended. Universal Solvent seemed like a great addition and is tutorable..the only caveat is that it needs 7 mana to activate.

Dear Enral! What are your thought over the new Mirage Mirror? Do you think it could enter the list?
July 18, 2017 5:50 a.m.
Stefouch: Mirage Mirror is an interesting card and I think warrant testing in Breya. I am probably gonna test it out in my next game..have you tested it yet?
July 19, 2017 8:53 a.m.
Not yet, I still need to get my hands on one copy. I definitively will test it, but I don't see a lot of synergies within the deck, except that it's versatile, and funny copying Mana Vault, Grim Monolith and Basalt Monolith (pay to copy, tap for , untap at your turn)

Hi Enral!
I see that you removed the "Salvaging Station" theme and lots of cogs.
Could you explain the reasons behind this change?
August 8, 2018 3:59 a.m.
Hi Stefouch~ The reason why I removed the salvaging station theme is because as more and more new artifacts/cards are released in the recent sets, the more I wanna try them but was limited by this theme. Removing it allows me to explore artifacts in a broader spectrum.

This deck looks pretty scary. Decks like this always make me doubt if Atraxa actually is the best of the new commanders. Do you own all of these cards? 1,500 is a hefty price tag
