The Everlasting Weenie Horde

Standard Lifegain Weenie WU (Azorius)

DTBlade

Sideboard

Maybeboard

I am trying to make a white weenie deck mixed with lifegain to provide aggro and staying power (if need be).

(edits coming for new deck style)

I'd appreciate any comments, complaints, or feedback! (and +1's) If there are any decks that you might want me to look at/comment on then I would probably look at those as well.

Creatures

Soldier of the Pantheon- Probably the best white one drop in standard. 2/1 body and potential lifegain. Whats more to love?

(Rest coming soon)

Updates Add

As pointed out by zix543 and Obtaurian, adding black for the Whip of Erebos was proving clunky between the double black cost and other color options offered different possibilities. So I was between some options...

All white-weenie- A strong strategy but I usually feel that there is something missing by going all white in the current standard. (I probably just am too used to dual-color options but who knows.)

Azorius- This offers 3 distinct cards to help control the field, Azorius Charm offering lifelink if I have Archangel of Thune on the field or a draw or getting rid of a pesky creature temporarily, Detention Sphere for removing almost anything that would trouble me be it Voice or other things like planeswalkers (cough garuuk, caller of beasts, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, and Jace, Architect of Thought cough), and Ephara, God of the Polis for deck acceleration.

Selesnia- I dont have Voice and I don't want to buy it. Otherwise, it would be a higher potential option.

Boros- While I think heroic is an interesting mechanic, I don't think it works very well in my local scene. As for going weenie with burn spells, I prefer control over burn. (Even with how tempting Boros Charm is).

So right now, the deck was swapped to Azorius combo due to the cards mentioned earlier. This also opens up some of my other favorite cards such as Thassa, God of the Sea and jace, architect of though but they do not fit. Sideboard is pending further revision due to how Spirit of the Labyrinth counters the effect from Ephara, God of the Polis.

I also cleaned up the comments. Thanks again to zix543 and Obtaurian for the initial comments.
