Mairsil, known affectionately as 'The Evil', has landed.

This is a deceptively powerful combo/control deck geared towards using and abusing various activated abilities on creatures and artifacts, most of which have synergy with each other and several have the potential to go infinite! Many of those permanents are incredibly effective on their own, but Mairsil, the Pretender's ETB ability allows me to recycle those desirable permanents for further use - and even bypass nasty built-in effects on cards such as Minion of Leshrac or Chainer, Dementia Master. Abilities are made cheaper and more effective with Training Grounds, Rings of Brighthearth, and Illusionist's Bracers.
