The manabase is fairly stock, with 1 Horizon Canopy to help draw out late game, and 3 Gavony Township to bring the late game to a quick finish by making your mana dorks, monsters.
The maindeck and sideboard have some bullets that let us shore up the bad matches. Chord of Calling and Eldritch Evolution allow us to go searching for the creatures we need at the time.
To get these cards going we play 4 Birds of Parasdise, 3 Noble Hierach and 2 Wall of Roots. All the cards have their merits, and Wall of Roots is currently at a 2 of because of how well it interacts with Chord of Calling. Further testing is need to determine if it just worse than playing land 23 or the 4th Nobile Hierarch
The deck plays 4 Voice of Resurgence and 4 Kitchen Finks as value creatures to sacrifice to Eldritch Evolution. Pitching these guys to evolution feels great because you are getting a fatty while also not 2 for 1ing yourself. Furthermore, Voice of Resurgence shines in any blue/control matchup and Kitchen Finks helps against the aggressive decks.
This deck has access to an emergency button infinite combo, which relies on Archangel of Thune. Besides being a solid threat that pumps your team every turn, and gains you life, she pairs with Spike Feeder to gain you infinite and boost your time with endless +/+ counters. Spike Feeder also has the ability to reset your Kitchen Finks, and makes combat math difficult for the opponent.
Scavenging Ooze is the grow your own goyf that all the snapcaster, aggro, and graveyard decks hate to see. Having at least 1 in the 75 is an absolute must. The same goes for Spellskite, as it makes Lightning Bolt significantly worse. This card is a house against infect, can block really well, and protects your other silver bullet creatures.
Anafenza, the Foremost is the best beat stick in the color pie at 3 mana, it will really put your opponent under a fast clock. Not only is she unboltable, but she grows your other creatures when you attack, and helps stop your opponents from doing their graveyard shenanigans. Dredge HATES seeing this card.
The more I play with Courser of Kruphix the more I want a second one. This unboltable psudeo-card advantage generating stick makes getting to a favorable position easier. Courser of Kruphix lets the deck do some very important library manipulation with fetches, and 8 spells that let you search your library. Getting to draw through land clumps and hitting actual spells is on the best feelings with this card. Gaining life off of your lands can be really important in some matchups, but is MOST relevant when you've paired it with Archangel of Thune, for a build your own Gavony Township!
Eternal Witness feels like a necessary evil because there are always games where your opponent either counters a really important spell, or helps you get that 4th land drop, or brings back a hate piece that your opponent struggled to get rid of. It combos nicely with the sideboard hate cards of Thoughtseize and Path to Exile, along with getting back Chord of Calling to help establish a bigger board state, as well as with Restoration Angel for some extra mileage.
Orzhov Pontiff is a very interesting card because it is good, but not as good as it used to be back when Birthing Pod was around. This card makes wider decks a better matchup, and can really help put your opponent under pressure. Furthermore, it's a creature you don't feel bad about cashing in for some better. It's an allstar against infect, affinity, Young Pyromancer, and elves. It is the only piece of main deck removal currently, as Shriekmaw isn't good enough, so it's an easy inclusion in the main.
