Avacyn's Collar seems pretty narrow here, you can only get a spirit from the death of Invisible Stalker. What about Bladed Bracers instead? That way your guys will be able to safely block 1 power creatures?
Favorable Winds also makes your creatures more impressive. Although I'm not sure if thats something you want...

Black Vise would be another appropriate win condition for this deck. Too bad it costs around $3.00. I'd throw some in, but I'm trying to keep this as budget as possible. Plus I don't really have anything I would want to swap it out for.

Have you thought about puttin AEther Vial in? You could use Hidden Strings to untap it, then you don't need your mana to put more creatures on the board.

birdman412: That's an excellent suggestion that would add to the absurdity of this deck. I mean, AEther Vial to play some 1/1 falcons? Still, we are going for budget here. Just one of those would basically double the cost of this deck.
